SHIPPING

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  Joseph Metzler Studio is not responsible for any delays due to customs.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Klarna, Etsy Gift Cards, and Etsy Credits are accepted. Payment is processed by Etsy.  Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Joseph Metzler Studio does not receive your credit card information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with the quality or condition of your purchase, you may exchange it or receive a refund by contacting Joseph Metzler Studio within 30 days of your delivery.  Please let us know the reason for the return and if you want a replacement or refund.  We will ask that you send a photograph showing the condition of your purchase.  You will not be responsible for any return shipping charges.
